A one-time import goes stale

Reviews keep arriving on Etsy and eBay for as long as you sell there. A one-time import is out of date when the next buyer leaves feedback. Ongoing sync keeps reviews current without manual updates when you sell on more than one marketplace.

Reviewsion

  • It connects to Etsy and eBay through their official APIs, with your authorization. You don't need a browser extension or a file to upload. The reviews stay on Etsy and eBay and show on your Shopify product pages. Reviewsion matches them to products by SKU or by title.

  • Each review shows an AI rating next to its star rating, so a 5-star review that describes a problem stands out when you check 1,700 imported reviews.
  • Ask ChatGPT or Claude what customers praise and complain about across platforms. It reads your reviews. It cannot edit or publish them.
  • Imported Etsy and eBay reviews show in your widgets and your dashboard. They are not eligible for Google stars. Reviews collected on your Shopify store are eligible. Feedback from eBay has no photos.

Judge.me

  • Judge.me syncs Etsy reviews every 7 days and matches them to products by SKU. You can trigger a manual sync once every 24 hours.2
  • It doesn't connect to eBay.3
  • With a sync every 7 days, a review left on Etsy can wait a week before it shows in your store.
  • Judge.me skips rating-only Etsy reviews and reviews on sold-out, draft or expired listings. Edits and deletions on Etsy never reach Judge.me.2

Judge.me is recommended if Etsy is your only marketplace and a weekly sync is fine. Its free tier includes unlimited reviews.

Loox

  • Loox focuses on visual reviews.4 It has no marketplace connection.
  • Import from other reviews apps in a couple of clicks, or upload a custom file for anything else.5
  • The listing, pricing page and import article don't name Etsy or eBay. A seller moving from Etsy can upload a file once, with no sync.5
  • The Convert plan is $49.99 a month with 300 orders included, then $50 per additional 300 orders. Unlimited is $299.99 a month.4 One merchant on the $49.99 plan reports a $399.99 bill for a single month because marketplace orders counted toward the order charge.6

Loox is recommended if your reviews are a file you upload once and your order volume stays inside the plan.

Yotpo

  • Yotpo sells reviews as one product in a suite. Its pricing page names IKEA, Glossier, UGG and GoPro among its customers.7
  • Every plan supports CSV imports of up to 100,000 reviews at a time.8
  • It has no Etsy or eBay connection and no ongoing import of any kind.8
  • One merchant on the Pro plan reports that imported reviews lost the Verified Buyer badge. The merchant says the badge requires Premium or Enterprise.9 This report comes from the merchant, not Yotpo's own page.

Yotpo is recommended if you run a large store with a budget and want one vendor for the whole suite.

Stamped.io

  • Stamped.io offers reviews and loyalty in one app.13
  • You can manually import a CSV from any source.12
  • It publishes no Etsy or eBay connection beyond a manual CSV import and states no ongoing sync interval.12

Stamped.io is recommended if you want reviews and loyalty in one app and your marketplace reviews are a file you upload once.

Ali Reviews

  • Ali Reviews, formerly Kudosi, is a reviews importer for dropshipping stores.10
  • Etsy and eBay imports start with Basic at $14.95 a month.10
  • AliExpress imports are free, with 10 published reviews per product.10
  • Ali Reviews states no sync interval for any source.10
  • Ali Reviews is built for dropshippers who import a supplier's product reviews, not for sellers showing reviews they've earned themselves.

Ali Reviews is recommended if you dropship and want supplier reviews on your product pages.
