Feature Comparison

If you sell on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay alongside your Shopify store, you’ve built valuable social proof on those platforms. The question is: how do you bring that reputation to Shopify without manually copying reviews?
We tested six popular reviews apps specifically for their multi-platform capabilities. Not just whether they claim to support imports, but how well they actually work for active multi-channel sellers.
Why Multi-Platform Sync Matters
Most Shopify merchants who sell on marketplaces face the same problem: your best reviews live on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay, while your Shopify store shows zero social proof.
One-time imports help, but they create a snapshot that becomes outdated. If you’re actively selling on multiple platforms, you need reviews that stay current without manual work.
We evaluated each app on:
- Import coverage: Which platforms are supported?
- Sync frequency: One-time, daily, or real-time?
- Automation: Does it require ongoing manual work?
- Unified management: Can you see all reviews in one place?
The Apps, Ranked for Multi-Platform Sellers
Reviewsion
Best for active multi-platform sellers
Reviewsion was built specifically for multi-channel sellers. It’s the only app we tested with real-time continuous sync from Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, not just one-time imports.
What works well:
- Continuous sync means new marketplace reviews appear automatically
- Unified dashboard shows all platforms side-by-side
- AI detects when star ratings don’t match review sentiment
Considerations:
- Amazon sync is limited to product-level reviews (not seller reviews)
- Real-time sync requires Pro plan ($19/mo)
- Free tier limited to 500 reviews
Good fit if: You’re juggling multiple storefronts and want your Shopify reviews to stay fresh without you having to do anything.
Judge.me
Best budget option with platform imports
Judge.me dominates the budget segment with a generous free tier and fixed $15/month maximum pricing1. They offer Platform Connectors for Amazon and Etsy.
What works well:
- Unbeatable pricing with a genuinely free tier and unlimited reviews
- Etsy sync checks weekly (every 7 days)2
- Simple, established solution
Considerations:
- Amazon is manual import via Chrome extension (run any time)3
- No eBay import support
Good fit if: You just want to grab your existing reviews once and call it a day. The free tier is genuinely useful.
Loox
Great for photos, limited multi-platform
Loox pioneered visual-first reviews with beautiful photo carousels. However, their multi-platform capabilities are limited.
What works well:
- Stunning photo and video review displays
- Strong referral program features
- AliExpress import via bookmarklet
- Amazon CSV import available on certain plans
Considerations:
- No native Etsy or eBay import
- AliExpress bookmarklet can be fragile
- Higher pricing tiers ($12.99–$99.99/mo) for advanced features4
Good fit if: You’re primarily dropshipping from AliExpress and want their bookmarklet import. Platform sync from other marketplaces matters less to you.
Stamped.io
Enterprise features, manual imports
Stamped.io offers robust loyalty and rewards features alongside reviews, but multi-platform import is CSV-based only.
What works well:
- Comprehensive loyalty program integration
- Strong AI features at higher tiers
- NPS surveys and customer insights
Considerations:
- No direct platform integration, CSV exports required
- Higher pricing than competitors
- Overkill if you just need reviews
Good fit if: You want reviews, loyalty programs, and NPS surveys bundled together, and you’re okay doing CSV exports yourself.
Yotpo
Enterprise-grade, enterprise pricing
Yotpo is the enterprise standard with comprehensive features. Note: Yotpo does not import existing reviews from marketplaces. Order Desk integration5 can forward marketplace orders to Yotpo to trigger review requests for new purchases, but won’t bring over your existing Amazon/Etsy/eBay reviews.
What works well:
- Order Desk can forward orders from 100+ marketplaces to trigger review requests (collects new reviews only, not existing marketplace reviews)
- Advanced AI and analytics
- Full marketing suite (SMS, loyalty, subscriptions)
Considerations:
- Free tier available, paid plans start at $15/month (Pro $119/month)6
- Order Desk adds complexity and cost ($20–$125/mo + per-order fees)
- Overkill for most SMB needs
Good fit if: You have a large team, a real budget, and someone who can manage integrations. This is the “we have an ops person” option.
Ali Reviews
Dropshipping focused with broad import support
Ali Reviews (formerly Kudosi) specializes in AliExpress imports with AI-powered translation via Gemini7.
What works well:
- Strong AliExpress import (primary focus)
- Amazon, Etsy, and eBay imports via Chrome extension8
- AI-powered translation at affordable pricing ($0–$49.95/mo)9
- Good for dropshipping use cases
Considerations:
- Per-product review limits (Free: 10, Basic: 150, Growth: 1,500, Advanced: unlimited)9
- Chrome extension required for marketplace imports8
- Focused on dropshipping, not multi-channel retail
Good fit if: You’re dropshipping and need affordable imports from multiple marketplaces.
So, which one?
Here’s how we’d break it down:
- Reviewsion: You sell on multiple platforms and want reviews to sync automatically. Set it and forget it.
- Judge.me: You just want to pull your reviews over once. Their free tier is hard to beat.
- Loox: You’re dropshipping from AliExpress and want their bookmarklet import workflow.
- Yotpo: You’re a bigger operation with budget and want reviews + loyalty + SMS all in one.
- Stamped.io10: You want reviews bundled with loyalty programs, NPS surveys, and enterprise features.
There’s no universal “best.” We’ve tried to be upfront about what each app does well, and honestly, sometimes a competitor is the right call.
