A one-time import misses new Etsy reviews

Most sellers who open a Shopify store keep their Etsy shop open. Customers keep leaving new reviews there. An app that imports once leaves your Shopify store showing last year's reviews while this month's stay on Etsy.

How often each app syncs after the first import determines whether your Shopify store shows this week's reviews or last year's.

Reviewsion

  • Reviewsion connects to your Etsy shop through Etsy's official API, with your authorization. You don't need a browser extension, and you don't paste anything.
  • New Etsy reviews sync all day on the Pro plan.
  • Reviews match to your Shopify products by SKU or by title and appear in your widgets without manual assignment.
  • You manage Etsy, eBay and Shopify reviews in one admin.
  • Standard costs $9 a month and Pro costs $19 a month. Both prices are flat, with unlimited reviews and no per-order charge.

Reviewsion is recommended if you sell on Etsy and Shopify and want new reviews to appear on your store automatically.

Judge.me

  • Judge.me syncs new Etsy reviews through an API connection every 7 days. You can trigger a manual sync once every 24 hours1.
  • Listings match to Shopify products by SKU, or you can match each listing by hand1.
  • Reviews must have written text and be on active listings to sync. Rating-only reviews and reviews on sold-out, draft or expired listings do not sync1. Edits and deletions on Etsy do not update the synced copy in Judge.me1.
  • Judge.me is free with unlimited reviews. The paid plan costs a flat $15 a month2.

Judge.me is recommended if syncing every 7 days is often enough and you want to pay nothing.

Loox

  • Loox has no Etsy or eBay connection.
  • Loox imports reviews from another review app, a CSV file, or an AliExpress product page. These are one-time imports with no sync3.
  • Its widgets show photo and video reviews4.
  • It is free up to 500 orders4.
  • The paid plan is $49.99 a month with 300 orders included, then $50 per additional 300 orders4.

Loox is recommended if you never sold on Etsy or eBay and photo reviews are your priority.

Opinew

  • Opinew documents how to import from eBay and AliExpress, but not Etsy.6
  • To import eBay product reviews, you paste a product URL into its importer.5
  • Opinew imports product reviews from eBay and AliExpress through its in-app importer.5
  • The Shopify App Store listing has a free tier with 100 eBay or AliExpress imports.7
  • As of 22 September 2026, its Shopify App Store tiers are $0, $19, $89 and $199 a month. Its website also offers Enterprise from $499 a month.7

Opinew is recommended for eBay or AliExpress if you do not need an Etsy import.
