Etsy and eBay reviews arrive on their own.
- Automatic sync. Pro New Etsy reviews and eBay feedback are synced to your store all day.
- Product matching. New reviews match to your products.
- No duplicates. A review that comes in twice is never stored twice. The same review left on two variations of one product is marked as a duplicate.
Standard and Pro include an AI rating on every review.
- AI rating. Each review gets a rating generated from the intent of the review, next to the star rating. Your Top-Reviewed collection uses it.
- Translation. Pro Reviews in other languages are translated, with a label you can edit. It reads “(Translated from German)” by default.
- Inappropriate content Pro. Reviews with inappropriate content are flagged and kept off your widgets.
Your widgets update on their own.
- Filled for you. On Standard and Pro, new reviews go into your widgets on their own. You never assign a review to a widget by hand. Star a review to pin it first, or keep one out.
- Widgets update. When a review is approved or changed, every widget that shows it updates.
- Product summaries Pro. AI writes a short summary of what customers liked about each product.
On Standard and Pro, your orders ask for reviews.
- Review requests. An email goes out after an order is fulfilled, with follow-up reminders. Timing can follow delivery Pro, and customers who review can get a discount Pro.
Get review alerts and a collection of your top-reviewed products.
- Negative review alerts. Pro An email when a review of 2 stars or fewer arrives, or one whose words read strongly negative.
- Top-Reviewed collection. Pro A Shopify collection of your 16 best-reviewed products from the last six months, refreshed daily. It weighs the star rating, the AI rating and how many reviews each product has.

Pro Customers who leave a review are tagged in Shopify by their rating and by whether they added a photo or video. Reviewsion builds seven customer segments from those tags, for Shopify Email or any app that uses segments.

Reviewsion never stores the same review twice. When one customer leaves the same review on two variations of one product, the copy is marked as a duplicate.

Pro can wait for delivery instead, skip weekends, send up to three reminders and offer a discount code. Rules leave out orders by product, collection, order tag, customer tag, shipping country and more.
