The discount never depends on the rating. Customers who review get a unique discount code Pro, as a percentage or a fixed amount. The request and follow-up emails can tell customers what they will get.

Each order gets its own QR code. Print it on a packing slip or insert, and it opens the review form for that order.

Choose which orders get a request. Pro
17 conditions across products, orders and customers. A rule can leave an order out, change its delay, pick a discount or skip the discount.
Leave out orders with gift cards. Give customers with many orders more time. Skip the discount for big spenders. Returns are handled on their own. A request is cancelled when a return is approved, and it can pause while a return is open and resume if the return is declined Pro.

- Customer. Tags, marketing consent, new or returning, total orders and total spent.
Emails in your brand.
Edit the request and the thank-you email, plus the thank-you page and the review form. Add your logo, pick a primary color and one of six fonts. Standard and Pro also let you edit each follow-up. Standard uses the Classic theme; Pro adds Modern, Minimal and Elegant.
