A feedback score such as "99.8% positive from 5,000 buyers" takes years to earn. Most Shopify review apps do not show that feedback on your store.
Why most reviews apps skip eBay
On eBay, a buyer leaves positive, neutral or negative feedback on a transaction, with a comment. This is not a product review in the Etsy sense, and it has no photos. Apps built around product reviews tend to skip eBay feedback.
None of Judge.me, Loox or Yotpo connects to eBay. Judge.me imports from Etsy and other sources, and eBay is not on its list.1 Loox4 and Yotpo3 name no Etsy or eBay connection.

If you searched for an eBay Shopify integration, you may also find CedCommerce. Its current materials do not state that it moves eBay feedback into Shopify.5
