## Questions, answered.

### Is there a free plan?

Yes. Show your imported reviews on your store, free. The Free plan includes unlimited manual Etsy, eBay and CSV imports, the All Reviews widget and Star Rating Badge, theme star ratings and review requests sent by hand. A Powered by Reviewsion mark appears under All Reviews.

### How does the free trial work?

Standard and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. No charge until your trial ends. Billed through your Shopify invoice. Cancel during the trial and your plan ends at once with no charge. You can then choose Free, Standard or Pro.

### Will I be charged more than the plan price?

No. Standard is $9 a month and Pro is $19, with unlimited reviews. There are no per-order or overage charges.

### How does support work?

No bots. A person on our team reads every message and sends every reply. We'll respond within one business day, and we'll answer the question rather than just acknowledge it. We answer your conversations first. (Pro)

### What happens to my reviews if I uninstall Reviewsion?

Your reviews stop showing on your store straight away, because the review widgets go with the app. We keep your store’s data for 28 days after you uninstall, so if you reinstall in that time, everything is as you left it. Then we permanently delete it. To keep the reviews your customers left on your Shopify store, download them as a CSV file in Reviewsion before you uninstall, from the Account and Billing tab in Settings. Imported Etsy and eBay reviews are not in the file.

### Can I export reviews that Reviewsion imported from Etsy or eBay?

No. Etsy’s and eBay’s terms bar us from passing their content to anyone else, and require us to delete it when the connection ends. Those reviews stay on Etsy and eBay. You can download the reviews your customers left on your Shopify store as a CSV file, from the Account and Billing tab in Settings.

### Which platforms does Reviewsion import from?

Reviewsion imports from Etsy and eBay, through each platform’s official API.

- **Etsy.** Your whole review history, with [photos](https://www.reviewsion.com/guides/visual-social-proof). New reviews sync all day (Pro).

- **eBay.** Your feedback, as star ratings. Positive is 5 stars, neutral 3, negative 1. New feedback syncs all day (Pro). eBay feedback has no photos.

- **CSV.** Judge.me’s CSV export, or a CSV in Reviewsion’s standard format. One upload. No sync.
