## Three things that run. (Pro)

- **An email when a bad review arrives.** Sent right away to the address you set, for a review of 2 stars or fewer or an AI rating of −6 or lower.

- **Negative words behind high stars.** A 4-star review that says the item broke still sends an alert if its AI rating is −6 or lower. In your review list, the AI rating sits next to the stars.

- **[Inappropriate content](https://www.reviewsion.com/automations#moderation) kept off your store.** Reviews flagged as inappropriate are archived by default, and you can restore any of them.
