## Two platforms. One connection each.

Etsy sends reviews. eBay sends feedback. Reviewsion turns both into reviews on your product pages.

- **Etsy OAuth sign-in.** Sign in to Etsy and approve access. No API keys and no browser extension.

- **Etsy full review content.** Star ratings, written reviews, [customer photos](https://www.reviewsion.com/guides/visual-social-proof) and review dates.

- **eBay OAuth sign-in.** Sign in to eBay and approve access. No API keys and no browser extension.

- **eBay feedback as reviews.** eBay has feedback, not reviews. Positive becomes 5 stars, neutral 3, negative 1. eBay feedback has no photos.

- **CSV import too.** Moving from another reviews app, or have reviews in a spreadsheet? Upload a CSV and Reviewsion maps the columns.

## Smart matched to the right products.

Reviewsion matches your Etsy and eBay listings to the products in your Shopify store. You do not map them by hand in most cases.

When a listing has no match, it shows as unmatched in your dashboard.

## Imported reviews work like your own.

They show in the same [widgets](https://www.reviewsion.com/widgets), with their photos. Standard and Pro add an [AI rating](https://www.reviewsion.com/features/ai-sentiment-analysis). Pro includes the same [moderation](https://www.reviewsion.com/automations#moderation) as reviews [collected on Shopify](https://www.reviewsion.com/features/review-requests).

- **[No duplicates](https://www.reviewsion.com/automations#duplicates).** A review that comes in twice is never stored twice. The same review left on two variations of one product is marked as a duplicate.

- **Automatic sync. (Pro)** New Etsy reviews and eBay feedback are synced to your store all day. Other apps check once a day at most. Your store shows this week's reviews, not the ones from the day you installed.

- **[Straight into your widgets](https://www.reviewsion.com/automations#widgets).** Carousels, grids and the [media carousel](https://www.reviewsion.com/widgets#media-carousel) fill with imported reviews and their photos as they arrive.

- **An AI rating on every review.** Each imported review gets a second rating generated from the intent of the review, on Standard and Pro.

## Questions, answered.

### Which platforms does Reviewsion import from?

Reviewsion imports from Etsy and eBay, through each platform's official API.

- **Etsy.** Your whole review history, with photos. New reviews sync all day (Pro).

- **eBay.** Your feedback, as star ratings. Positive is 5 stars, neutral 3, negative 1. New feedback syncs all day (Pro). eBay feedback has no photos.

- **CSV.** Judge.me's CSV export, or a CSV in Reviewsion's standard format. One upload. No sync.

Automatic sync needs the Pro plan.

### Does Reviewsion move my Etsy or eBay listings to Shopify?

No. Reviewsion brings over reviews, not products. Move your listings with a listing integration app. Once your products are on Shopify, connect Etsy or eBay in Reviewsion and your reviews match to those products. You do not map them by hand in most cases.

### Do imported reviews show star ratings in Google?

No. Google does not give star ratings to reviews collected on other websites, so imported Etsy and eBay reviews do not earn stars in search. Reviews your customers leave on your Shopify store can, although Google never promises to show them.

### What happens to duplicate reviews?

Reviewsion never stores the same review twice. When one customer leaves the same review on two variations of one product, the copy is marked as a duplicate.

### How fast is the import process?

Most stores are [live in under an hour](https://www.reviewsion.com/how-it-works). Connecting a shop takes a few minutes, and the import runs in the background while you set up your widgets.
