### Can ChatGPT or Claude change my reviews?

No. The connection reads your reviews and nothing else. It cannot draft a reply, publish or unpublish a review, edit one, or start an import. Anything you want changed, you change in Reviewsion.

### Does the assistant see my customers' details?

No. It reads published reviews with the name shown on your store, the same as a shopper sees. It never reads unpublished reviews or customer data beyond that name.
